Lechlade Craft Barn

Jennie Rainsford and Karen Holland launched Lechlade Craft Barn in the Summer of 2014.  Passionate makers with a lifetime of exploring all manner of creative skills, Jennie and Karen established the creative space to share their skills and experience.  They offer workshops in a range of topics, including crochet, papercrafts, lampshade making, mosaicing, jewellery making and fabric crafts, many focused on upcycling and re-purposing.

Karen’s love of crafting was inspired by her mother and began with dressmaking, evolving into a passion for crochet and creative home furnishings; Jennie planned a career in gold smithing but was diverted into the world of theatre and studied 3D Design before heading into Theatre management and marketing.  Both share a keen interest in continually developing their making skills and keeping ahead of fashion and interiors trends.
